近日,我院万凯博士以独立作者身份完成的学术论文《Digital infrastructure construction and carbon emissions in administrative border areas–Evidence from China》在SSCI期刊《Applied Economics》在线发表。该期刊属于JCR Q2,ABS2星,在ABDC列表中位列A类,在应用经济学领域具有一定的学术影响力和学术声誉。

论文摘要
Using city-level data, satellite nighttime light data, and patent citation records from 2006 to 2020, we investigate how digital infrastructure development affects carbon emissions within administrative regions of China. We find that digital infrastructure significantly curbs local carbon emissions. Mechanism analysis indicates that knowledge spillovers and energy structure optimization are key channels through which this effect operates. Moreover, the emission-reduction effect is more pronounced in regions with lower levels of digital industrialization but higher degrees of industrial digitization.

万凯,经济学博士,硕士生导师,主要研究方向为低碳经济、技术创新和数字经济。目前,在International Journal of Finance & Economics、Journal of Environmental Management、Energy Policy、Economic Analysis and Policy、Economic Change and Restructuring、Emerging Markets Finance and Trade、Applied Economics等SSCI/SCI期刊上发表学术论文27篇;主持7项基金项目,包括国家社科基金项目、国家统计局项目、科技部重大专项子课题、浙江省哲学社会科学规划基金专项课题、浙江省高校重大人文社科攻关项目、浙江省省属高校基本业务费课题、浙江省教育厅课题;指导本科生获得第十一届全国大学生能源经济学术创意大赛全国特等奖。荣获浙江省经济学年会优秀成果奖二等奖,参与撰写的报告获得省部级领导肯定性批示。
